House now has two new mini-splits to offer additional heating and cooling options to guests:

1 = remote controlled mini-split in primary bedroom - so you can cool (or heat) the bedroom to a different temperature from the rest of the house if desired at night.

2 = mini-split in garage - so cars don't get extra hot in the summer (note: guests can not control this mini-split - it is set permanently for one specific level of cooling)
