(a) a contract / agreement, and
(b) that primary guest (Responsible Person) must provide an ID (and be at least 25 years old): and
(c) all guests who will stay (no more than 4) have to be listed on the contract;

**** Due to City Rules, you will not be a fit for the Cholla House if any one of the following applies to your group ****:
(a) the primary guest (Responsible Persons) is not at least 25 years of age, or
(b) you will have more than 2 cars, or
(c) you have more than 4 adults in your party, or
(d) you want to play sound or music outside at anytime (e.g., play some music at the pool), or
(e) you have any pets, or
(f) you want to smoke on the premises, or
(g) you want to have a party with more than 4 adults at the house, or
(h) you will not be able to follow quiet hours from 10PM to 10AM.
