Booking Sheet:

  • These booking sheets (lease agreements) are used in the leasing process.
  • I take bookings based on the the order of receiving booking forms with confirmation deposits:

Directions:

From I-80 and the University Ave exit, go east on University for about 1.5 miles. Turn right at McGee Ave (about 3 blocks after Sacramento). Go 3 blocks (to Bancroft Way).

Fine Print:

No smoking allowed inside house. Pets only allowed with prior written consent from owner/manager. The McGee House can ONLY be booked by contacting Mark at mfoy@vitalita.com; this house can NOT be booked by any other means (no agents or web sites, etc.). Rates are subject to change at anytime. Current rates are available on the vitalita.com/rental web site.
