It fits in either bedroom (so either bedroom can function as an office).

In the second bedroom: fits even with the Twin Bunk Murphy Wallbed folded down.

Folds for easy storage.

Unfolded, desk is 48” wide x 23” deep.

I can place this desk in the house on request (sometimes it is not permanently stored in the house; and sometimes it is kept in the shed). Just let me know.
